I recently downloaded an App called “Up!” from the Google play store. It seems to be an app that is supposed to help track moods and when it detects a major change in mood it flags you and points out warning signs to see if you may be swinging between states of depression or mania.
I haven’t deviated much and generally stay in the low side of mood with not much happiness. I guess I am just wondering what apps are out that that others use. Feel free to comment below on what you might use, perhaps there is better out there. I’m all ears and open to anything that might help me manage my bipolar a little bit better.
